China Construction machinery information
on January 4, the Jintai railway officially started in a depression deep in Xianju kucang mountain, marking the start of the 500billion yuan railway project in Zhejiang Province during the 13th five year plan
the total length of Jintai Railway (including Toumen port branch line) is about 224 kilometers, with an estimated investment of 16.145 billion yuan and a design speed of 160 kilometers per hour. It is a passenger and freight railway, with 17 stations along the way, including Yongkang, Jinyun, Pan'an, Xianju, Linhai, Taizhou south, Toumen port (including 13 new stations, 3 existing stations reconstructed, and 1 connecting station under construction). It is controlled and independently constructed by Zhejiang Province and is expected to be open to traffic in 2020
this is a key construction project listed in the "August 8th plan" of Zhejiang railway. In addition to opening up the railway channel behind the port from Taizhou port to the inland hinterland of the central and western regions, Pan'an and Xianju will also have access to the railway
from the planning map, the Jintai railway connects Shanghai Kunming and the coastal two high-speed rail channels, and is the most convenient transportation channel between the eastern central Zhejiang and the central and southern Zhejiang, Northeast Jiangxi, Southern Anhui and Northern Fujian. At that time, the railway channel from Taizhou to the West will be opened. Trains from Taizhou to Jinhua and Quzhou in the province and other provinces such as Jiangxi, Sichuan, Guizhou and so on will no longer have to bypass Hangzhou and travel will be more convenient
insiders pointed out that the Jintai railway will also play a great role in improving the collection and distribution system of Taizhou port and accelerating the development of Taizhou coastal ports, and effectively promote the integrated development of Wenzhou Taizhou coastal industrial belt and central Zhejiang Urban Agglomeration industries, and accelerate the interaction and integration in the Yangtze River Delta region. Pan'an and Xianju along the line have well-known scenic spots such as Shenxianju and jingxingyan. After being incorporated into the railway, it will be conducive to the rapid development of Tourism along the line
careful people will find that the Jintai railway, which started on the 4th, carries both passengers and goods, with a design speed of only 160 kilometers per hour. This is significantly lower than the 350 km/h high-speed railway and 250 km/h high-speed railway that were put into operation in Zhejiang during the 12th Five Year Plan period
in addition to the consideration of capital and economic benefits, the reason for this design is to consider the freight function of Jintai railway. As the connecting line of the coastal and Shanghai Kunming Railway channels, the Jintai railway will dredge the rear channel of Taizhou's port group led by Toumen port. As a freight line, the driving time of 160 kilometers is advanced from scratch
in fact, at the end of last year, with the opening of the Jinwen railway, the construction of the trunk line with high-speed rail as the framework in Zhejiang has been basically completed, the two-hour land railway transportation circle in Zhejiang has been basically completed, and the time from Hangzhou to most cities has been shortened to one hour, which greatly facilitates the travel of people in cities all over the land
however, in terms of freight transport, there is still much room for improvement of railway freight transport, as the current high-speed railway basically focuses on passenger transport. This is also the reason why Zhejiang will accelerate the construction of a number of mixed passenger and freight ordinary railways in Jintai, Yongjin, quning, etc. in the next "13th five year plan". Although these railways are not high-speed railways, as freight transportation, most of them adopt double track electrification, which meets the standard of national electrified trunk railway. Moreover, the trend of these railways is mostly east-west, that is, one is connected to the large ports along the coast of Zhejiang, the other is connected to the hinterland of Zhejiang, and is connected to the whole country by relying on the railway extending in all directions, which is of great significance to improve the collection and distribution system of Zhejiang ports and give full play to the advantages of Zhejiang large ports
Yu Jianer, chairman of the Provincial Railway Group, which undertakes the main investment body of Zhejiang railway, said that the focus of the "13th five year plan" railway construction is to connect the national strategies such as the "the Belt and Road", "Yangtze River Economic Belt" and "marine economy", and speed up the construction of intercity, port rear channels and intercity railways in the province. This year and next, a large number of projects such as Yong Jin railway, Hu Su Hu intercity railway and Jin Jian railway are expected to start in succession. By the end of the 13th five year plan, the number of railway channels out of Zhejiang Province will increase from the current 7 to 16, greatly strengthening land transportation links with surrounding provinces and cities
it is understood that the "13th five year plan" is a key period for our province to usher in a new round of transportation investment, construction and development. As the backbone of the comprehensive transportation system, the railway will also usher in a new round of construction climax. According to the preliminary estimation of relevant departments, the provincial comprehensive transportation fixed asset investment will reach 1trillion yuan in the next five years, which is 1.67 times the total investment (600billion yuan) expected to be completed in the 12th Five Year Plan. Among them, the planned investment in railway and rail transit is nearly 500billion yuan, with an additional operating mileage of 1750 kilometers, and a total mileage of 4300 kilometers (including 3800 kilometers of trunk and regional railways, 200 kilometers of intercity railways in metropolitan areas, and more than 300 kilometers of urban rail transit). For the first time, it has surpassed highways and become the main battlefield for investment in transportation infrastructure construction in Zhejiang
by 2020, the railway operation mileage of Zhejiang Province will exceed 3800 kilometers, basically forming a modern railway transportation network with clear functions, advanced technology and sufficient capacity for passenger and freight split transportation in the main transportation corridors, accelerating the construction of a one hour high-speed railway transportation circle in the province, adopting degradable plastics, and striving to achieve the strategic development goals of "regional integration, rapid passenger transportation, convenient freight transportation and road systematization"
