Encourage independent coking enterprises to support CDQ, support a large number of coking agglomeration areas supporting CDQ to build centralized wastewater advanced treatment systems, uniformly solve wastewater treatment problems, promote energy-saving technologies such as intelligent heating of coke ovens, coal humidification and waste heat recovery, and fully tap the energy-saving potential. Implement mandatory energy consumption standards, carry out energy efficiency benchmarking activities, implement energy efficiency leader actions, promote the construction of energy management system in coking industry, and build a long-term mechanism for energy efficiency improvement

7. Promote the fine development of coal tar processing. Give full play to the comparative advantages of coal tar processing on the petrochemical route, guide enterprise resource sharing, division of labor and cooperation, focus on and develop with characteristics, expand and refine one or more product chains respectively, further improve the depth and specialization level of distillate processing, actively develop the follow-up fine processing chemicals of wash oil, phenol oil, naphthalene oil, anthracene oil and other distillates, and focus on the development of asphalt needle coke, ultra-high power graphite electrode, mesophase carbon microspheres Special carbon black, nuclear graphite, pitch based carbon fiber and other high value-added carbon materials. 8. Promote crude benzol refining to extend to new materials. We will focus on extending the development of new material industry, concentrate crude benzene resources, focus on supporting enterprises with technical strength to build crude benzene deep-processing projects, focus on the development of refined products such as acetic acid, adipic acid, caprolactam, thiophene and its derivatives, and extend the development of nylon series, new engineering plastics and other new materials. Focus on promoting the 200000 t/a caprolactam and corresponding supporting projects of Yangmei group Taiyuan new chemical materials Co., Ltd. to be fully completed and put into operation

(IV) implementation of new technology promotion and application action in coking industry

9 Strengthen the research on fine coal blending technology. Strengthen the research on coking and coal blending technology, and effectively combine the quality advantages of main coking coal and fat coal in our province with the price advantages of other quality coals outside the province. By improving the coal blending technology, the project is invested and constructed by Jinneng Technology Co., Ltd. to carry out fine process control, reduce the cost of coal into the furnace, and improve the quality and efficiency of coke. During the year, combined with the promotion of the "fine intelligent coal blending expert system engineering demonstration project" jointly undertaken by TISCO group, Shanxi Institute of coal chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Fenwei energy and Taiyuan University of technology, we will promote the in-depth popularization and application of intelligent coal blending technology in the province and promote the quality and level improvement of coking enterprises

10. Increase the application of "interconnection +" technology. Focusing on the application of new generation information technology such as big data, cloud computing, IOT, mobile intelligence and the implementation of big data strategy in our province, we will deepen the application of the integration technology of industrialization and industrialization in coking enterprises and promote the implementation of the "interconnection + coking" project.
